ОАЕ stands for Объединенные Арабские Эмираты (United Arab Emirates, UAE). It is a federation of seven emirates located on the southeastern corner of the Arabian Peninsula, bordering Saudi Arabia to the south and Oman to the southeast, with a coastline along the Persian Gulf. The seven emirates that comprise the UAE are Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al-Quwain, Fujairah, and Ras Al Khaimah. Each emirate has its own ruler and retains a degree of autonomy, though they share a central federal government.The UAE is known for its modern architecture, luxury shopping, and vibrant tourism sector, particularly in cities such as Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Additionally, it has significant oil reserves and has developed a diversified economy that includes sectors such as tourism, aviation, and finance. The country has become a key regional business hub and is often recognized for its progressive social policies, especially in comparison to some of its neighbours.
