International Flag-State Association seeks IMO consultative status
Updated: December 24, 2025 The world’s three largest ship registries—Liberia, the Republic of the Marshall Islands, and the Republic of Panama—are moving to elevate their joint platform, the International Flag-State Association (IFA), by preparing an application for consultative status at
