By March 2025, Lviv’s primary market apartments averaged $1,330 per square meter, the highest in Ukraine, up 1.5% year-on-year and up 66% since March 2021. In the secondary market, the average asking price for a one-bedroom resale apartment in Lviv is about $65,000, slightly
