Drone Laws in Copenhagen: Everything You Need to Know Before You Fly
EU drone rules apply in Denmark since December 2020, with a 120-meter altitude cap for the Open category. Most operators must register with Trafikstyrelsen and display an Operator ID on drones 250 g or heavier or with cameras. No-fly zones include areas near airports, embassies, and emergency scenes. Liability insurance of at least €900,000 is required for non-toy drones.
