1. Purpose and publisher responsibility
TS2.tech is a free, advertising-supported financial news and market-information service owned, operated and published by TS2 SPACE SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ of Warsaw, Poland.
This policy explains how TS2.tech approaches sourcing, automation, artificial intelligence, corrections, financial commentary, conflicts of interest, advertising and sponsored material. TS2 Space is the publisher and holds editorial responsibility for material it publishes, subject to applicable law. Use of software, contractors or AI tools does not transfer that responsibility to the tool provider.
2. Types of content
- News — reporting on identifiable events and available facts;
- Analysis — interpretation of facts, data, assumptions and possible implications;
- Opinion — a clearly identified author’s view;
- Data or market pages — structured information that may be automated or supplied by third parties;
- Sponsored Content — paid material clearly separated from independent editorial coverage.
Facts, estimates, forecasts, scenarios and opinions should be distinguishable. A headline should be supported by the article and should not promise information the article does not provide.
3. Sources and verification
We give priority to primary and attributable sources, including regulatory and stock-exchange filings; issuer reports, presentations and official statements; court, government and regulator publications; official economic and market data; direct attributable statements; and reliable source documents.
Where material information originates from a press release or another interested party, its origin should be apparent. Market-moving claims should not rely solely on an unattributed social-media post. If immediate independent confirmation is unavailable, uncertainty and source limitations should be stated.
Important quotations should be traceable to a recording, transcript, filing or attributable source. AI tools must not invent quotations, people, documents, references or numerical results.
4. Dates, data and market context
Articles should display a publication date and, where materially changed, an update time. Relevant time zones should be identified where ambiguity could affect understanding. Market data may be delayed, adjusted, rounded or supplied by third parties. Where reasonably possible, an article should identify the source and timestamp or explain that data are delayed.
Forecasts, target prices, estimates and scenarios should be identified as such. Material assumptions and known limitations should be presented sufficiently for readers to understand the basis of a statement.
5. Authorship and editorial accountability
TS2.tech may use named-author, contributor, editor or newsroom-desk bylines depending on how a publication was produced. A newsroom byline does not mean that no automation was used. A named byline does not establish that every part was personally written by that individual.
Where substantive human review occurs, the reviewer must have sufficient competence and authority to examine sources, amend the substance, request verification, reject material or approve publication. Spelling, formatting or purely procedural checks are not substantive editorial review.
TS2.tech is progressively expanding structured author, reviewer and workflow information across its publishing templates.
6. How we use automation and AI
TS2.tech may use automated or AI-assisted tools for source monitoring and event detection; classifying, sorting and linking information; extracting structured facts; transcription and translation; comparison and calculation support; preparing summaries, outlines, drafts or headline options; image or chart support; and quality-control or duplication checks.
AI output is not reliable merely because it is fluent or detailed. Material facts, figures, quotations and sources require verification appropriate to the risk and nature of the publication. We do not claim that every publication has undergone substantive human review. The degree of automation and human involvement can vary.
7. AI transparency notices
For new public-interest text materially generated or modified using AI, TS2.tech’s publishing workflow is being configured to apply one of the following states. This reflects Article 50 of the EU AI Act and the European Commission’s current guidance.
State 1 — substantive human review and editorial control
Where a qualified human examined the substance and sources and had authority to change or reject the article, the publication may display:
AI-assisted: AI tools contributed to this article. Its substance and sources were reviewed by a human editor with authority to amend or reject it before publication.
State 2 — no substantive human review before publication
Where AI materially generated or modified the text and it did not undergo substantive human review before publication, the publication must display a clear notice at or before the reader’s first exposure:
AI-generated or AI-manipulated: This article was generated or materially modified using AI and was not subject to substantive human review before publication.
A notice should not be hidden only in metadata or a general policy page. The workflow is being rolled out across publishing templates. Legacy material may not contain a notice; absence of a notice on legacy material is not a representation about tools used or the level of human review.
8. Synthetic images, audio and video
An AI-generated illustration should be identified where its synthetic nature would not otherwise be clear. Synthetic or materially manipulated image, audio or video that could reasonably appear authentic must carry a clear, perceivable disclosure. Machine-readable provenance should be preserved where available, but it does not replace visible disclosure where applicable.
9. AI literacy and internal controls
TS2 Space is implementing role-appropriate AI-literacy and newsroom controls covering verification of AI output; source and quotation checks; hallucination risk; market manipulation and confidentiality; copyright and data-use limits; personal data; Article 50 transparency; and escalation of potentially regulated financial communications. Applicable legal obligations remain in force regardless of the implementation stage of an internal workflow.
10. Financial commentary and the MAR review gate
A disclaimer does not decide whether a publication is an investment recommendation. Classification depends on substance, presentation, audience and applicable law.
TS2.tech is implementing a structured escalation gate for material that directly or indirectly proposes buying, selling or holding a financial instrument; suggests an investment or portfolio strategy; expresses a view on present or future value or price; provides a target price, expected return or trading horizon; or could reasonably be understood as proposing an investment decision.
Flagged material should not proceed as ordinary news without classification. Where treated as an investment recommendation, it may require disclosures about responsible persons, completion time, facts versus opinions, sources and limitations, assumptions, horizon and risks, valuation method, material interests and conflicts, and later changes.
Purely factual reporting is not converted into a recommendation merely because it concerns a security. Factual presentation can, however, become an implicit recommendation through selection, framing, price claims or suggested action. TS2.tech does not provide personalised investment advice.
11. Neutral financial-information notice
TS2.tech content is general information for a broad audience. It does not take into account any particular person’s financial position, objectives, experience or risk tolerance and is not personalised investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. Data may be delayed, incomplete or corrected. Investing involves risk, including loss of capital. Readers should verify material information against primary sources and, where appropriate, consult a suitably authorised professional.
Whether a publication constitutes an investment recommendation is determined by law and its substance, not by this notice.
12. Corrections, updates and retractions
Readers may report a possible error exclusively through the contact form. A report should identify the article, disputed statement, supporting source and requested correction.
- Minor correction — spelling, formatting or typographical change that does not alter meaning;
- Material correction — change to a factual statement, figure, quotation, attribution or conclusion that affected meaning and should receive a visible note;
- Update — later information added without correcting the accuracy of the original report;
- Retraction — withdrawal of reliance because an article’s central basis is materially unreliable.
A material correction note should state what was wrong, what changed and when. Where a serious problem undermines an article, we ordinarily prefer to preserve the URL with an explanatory retraction notice rather than silently remove the record, unless legal, security, privacy or safety considerations require removal.
Formal statutory correction or reply requests are distinct from ordinary editorial feedback and may need to be signed and sent to TS2 Space Sp. z o.o., al. Aleje Jerozolimskie 65/79, unit 15.03, 00-697 Warsaw, Poland.
13. Conflicts of interest
Authors, contributors and editors must disclose to the publisher any material financial, professional, family or commercial interest that could reasonably be perceived as affecting coverage. Relevant interests may include positions in a covered instrument, derivatives, employment or consultancy, payments or gifts, sponsored travel, affiliate compensation or a material business relationship.
TS2 Space conducts commercial activities outside publishing. Where a material relationship between TS2 Space and a covered entity is known and relevant, it should be disclosed next to the publication.
TS2.tech is implementing a structured pre-publication declaration process. A “no conflict declared” statement should be published only after a declaration has actually been made and recorded. No contributor may use confidential unpublished information, editorial timing or coverage to manipulate a market or secure an improper trading advantage.
14. Advertising, sponsored content and affiliate links
Advertising finances free access to TS2.tech. Programmatic advertising is delivered separately from the editorial process and may be selected by third parties. Its appearance does not constitute editorial endorsement.
Commercial material must be distinguishable at first view from independent editorial content. Appropriate notices include Advertisement, Sponsored Content — paid for by [sponsor name] and Affiliate Link — TS2.tech may receive compensation. A sponsor, advertiser, payment, affiliate relationship or other material support must not be concealed.
15. Confidential and inside information
TS2.tech does not solicit unlawful disclosure of inside or confidential information. Potentially inside information should be escalated before publication. Handling must consider source protection, accuracy, privacy, market-abuse law and whether publication is lawful and in the public interest. Publication schedules must not be shared with anyone seeking to trade ahead of coverage.
16. Copyright and attribution
Material from another source should be quoted only to the extent justified and attributed clearly. A link alone does not cure copying. AI assistance does not remove obligations concerning copyright, database rights, licences, source restrictions or text-and-data-mining reservations.

This policy may be updated as newsroom systems, products, law and regulatory guidance develop. The current version and last-updated date will remain available here. A policy change does not retrospectively establish that a legacy article followed a workflow introduced later.
