(NYSE American: AMZE) announced it completed the acquisition of the assets of The Food Channel, a long‑standing culinary media brand founded in 1989 that moved online in 1993 and joined the USA Today network in 2017. The deal price is $650,000 paid via a convertible promissory note. Amaze plans
