Centrus unveils $1B equity program to fund growth Before the U.S. market open on Thursday, Centrus launched a $1 billion ATM equity program, enabling it to sell shares “from time to time” at prevailing market prices. Riley, Guggenheim, MUFG, William Blair, Lake Street Capital Markets, and Northland; agent compensation is 1.5% of gross sales.
