En août 2024, l’Ukraine comptait plus de 4 200 FAI enregistrés, signe d’un marché fortement compétitif. Kyivstar (AS KSNET) détient environ 19 % du marché, Vodafone Ukraine environ 9 %, et Lifecell environ 5 %. L’infrastructure comprend 52 centres de
