A director, Anthony P. Lee, filed a Form 144 notice for a proposed sale of 7,000 shares, a filing required before certain insider sales under SEC Rule 144. New York Governor Kathy Hochul is pushing a plan that would expand age verification requirements to include online gaming platforms like Roblox, tighten default privacy settings for kids, and give parents more control over spending, among other changes. Roblox runs a user-generated gaming platform and pays creators a share of in-game spending. It makes money mainly from sales of its virtual currency and from advertising tied to activity inside games.
