NEW YORK, Jan 8, 2026, 08:12 EST — Premarket Nokia Oyj said on Thursday it signed a multi-year patent licence with Hisense covering the use of Nokia’s video technologies in Hisense televisions, ending all patent-related litigation between the companies. Nokia’s U.S.-listed shares were indicated around $6.80 in premarket trading. “We are delighted to have reached an agreement with Hisense,” Susanna Martikainen, Nokia’s chief licensing officer for wireless technologies, said in a statement.
