Enviri Corporation will sell its Clean Earth hazardous-waste unit to Veolia Environnement for $3.04 billion in cash and spin off its remaining businesses into a new public company, New Enviri. NVRI shares jumped over 30% in premarket trading. Shareholders are set to receive $14.50–$16.50 per share in cash plus 0.33 shares of New Enviri for each Enviri share. The deal is expected to close by mid-2026.
