Finnair will launch daily Helsinki–Bangkok–Melbourne flights using Airbus A350 aircraft from late October 2026, marking its first scheduled passenger service to Australia. The inaugural flight is set for 25 or 26 October, depending on local time zones, pending government approval. Flights will depart Melbourne mid-afternoon and arrive in Helsinki early morning, connecting with onward European services.
