Mastercard stock price edges up after hours as Asia launches stack up and jobs data gets reshuffled

Vietnam’s Crypto Gold Rush: Binance, Bybit & Korean Custodian BDACS Supercharge Da Nang’s Digital Finance Hub

Vietnam is building an International Financial Center in Da Nang and has invited Binance and Bybit to help launch a regulated crypto exchange. Deputy PM Nguyen Hoa Binh met Binance and Bybit CEOs in September 2025, urging Binance to open a local HQ. A new five-year pilot requires all digital assets to be backed by real assets and issued by Vietnamese firms. Major banks and tech companies are preparing to launch crypto exchanges under the new rules.
