Intertek shares rise after drone-solar inspection buy as investors look to March results
Intertek shares rose 1.0% to 4,476 pence after the company agreed to acquire German solar inspection firm AePVI, which uses drones for large solar plant diagnostics. Financial terms were not disclosed. AePVI, based in Aachen and founded in 2017, has five employees. Intertek reports full-year results on March 3.
