American Resources Corp. shares jumped as much as 40% pre-market on Nov. 3, 2025, after its ReElement unit secured a $1.4 billion rare earth magnet partnership with the U.S. Department of War’s Office of Strategic Capital and Vulcan Elements. The deal includes $700 million in government loans and warrants for the U.S. in ReElement. AREC stock traded around $4.00 late morning, up about 5% on heavy volume.
