July 10, 2026, 10:27 AM EDT. Harbour Energy closed its $163 million buyout of Waldorf Energy Partners Ltd and Waldorf Production Ltd subsidiaries in the UK. The deal takes effect January 1, 2025. All clearances and creditor claims are done. Harbour Energy is producing 475,000 to 500,000 barrels of oil equivalent each day from operations in Norway, the UK, and the US. The company points to its low emissions and CO2 storage in Europe, saying it remains focused on safe energy output.
