Ocean Power Technologies (OPTT) stock jumps premarket as dilution vote nears

Ocean Power Technologies shares jumped 18% to $0.547 in premarket trading Monday, after an 8.1% rise Friday. Shareholders will vote Jan. 27 on proposals to raise authorized shares to 400 million and expand the equity incentive pool by 5 million shares. The company recently secured a $5 million U.S. homeland security contract. Ocean Power posted a $10.8 million quarterly net loss on $0.4 million revenue.
