Ultra Clean Holdings shares rose about 1.5% premarket Wednesday to $73, after jumping 17% Tuesday on AI-driven wafer fab equipment optimism. Fourth-quarter revenue reached $506.6 million, with a GAAP net loss of $3.3 million and non-GAAP net income of $10 million. Needham raised its price target to $70.
