ICICI Prudential AMC IPO Opens Dec 12: SEBI Nod, Price Band, Private Equity Pivot & Bullish Signals in INOX Leisure
ICICI Prudential AMC will launch a ₹10,600 crore IPO on December 12, 2025, as a pure offer-for-sale by Prudential Corporation Holdings. The price band is set at ₹2,061–₹2,165 per share, valuing the company at around ₹1.07 trillion. Shares will list on BSE and NSE on December 19. SEBI granted final approval on December 2.
