CMB.Tech NV stock set for Monday spotlight as dividend date nears after $269 mln ship-sale gain
CMB.Tech shares closed at $11.40 in New York Friday, up 1.1%, ahead of a planned interim dividend payout on Jan. 15. The company recently announced the sale of eight vessels, projecting a $269.2 million capital gain, with half of the profit intended for shareholders. About 3.8 million shares traded. Interim dividend of $0.05 per share was approved in December.
