Parsons plunged 21% after losing a key FAA contract; other steep U.S. decliners included Adaptive Biotechnologies, SentinelOne, and several Brazilian financials. Brazil’s Bovespa index dropped 4% after Jair Bolsonaro endorsed his son for president, sending the real down 3%.
