Corteva said Monday it will name its advanced seed and genetics spinoff Vylor, Inc., aiming to separate it from its crop-protection business in late 2026. Vylor generated $9.90 billion in 2025 net sales, compared to $7.50 billion for crop protection. CEO Chuck Magro will lead Vylor, while Luther Kissam will head the remaining Corteva. Shares stood at $80.85 premarket, with a $54.6 billion market value.
