The spike came after its UK arm reached an exclusive supply deal with Fosun Diagnostics covering Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore. The agreement focuses on ImmuneSelect, its immune-profiling research product. Virax is looking to move past research-only offerings and grow in the commercial market. The company reported just $12,423 in revenue for fiscal 2026 and a net loss of $5 million. CEO James Foster called the deal a key step. Fosun MedTech, part of Fosun Pharma, which posted $5.8 billion in 2025 revenue, said Virax's platform is a strong research pick. The move follows a one-for-25 reverse split done to keep its Nasdaq listing.
