Montage Technology’s Class A shares jumped 12.13% in Shanghai Friday, closing at 181.85 yuan on heavy volume ahead of a Hong Kong share sale. The Hong Kong public offering runs through Feb. 4, with trading set to start Feb. 9 under code 6809. The final offer price will reference the Shanghai close before pricing. Montage plans to offer up to 65.89 million H shares at a maximum HK$106.89 each.
