Denison Mines (DNN) Stock Price Rises as Cosa JV Reports Radioactivity, Phoenix Build Nears
Denison Mines shares rose 1.8% to $3.49 after partner Cosa Resources reported anomalous radioactivity at the Murphy Lake North uranium project in Saskatchewan. Cosa said a drill hole hit 5 metres of anomalous radioactivity, with lab assays pending. Denison is preparing to build its C$600 million Phoenix uranium mine, targeting first production by mid-2028. Uranium traded near $88 a pound after briefly topping $100 in January.
