Levi Strauss & Co. reported first-quarter fiscal 2026 earnings per share (EPS) of 42 cents, beating the Zacks Consensus Estimate of 37 cents and marking a 10.5% year-over-year increase. Revenues reached $1.74 billion, surpassing estimates by nearly $90 million, growing 14% year over year on a reported basis. Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) net revenues rose 16% reported and 10% organically to $911.5 million, driven by strong U.S., European, and Asian sales. E-commerce revenues climbed 21%. Wholesale revenues increased 12% reported. Despite a 20 basis point dip in gross margin due to tariffs, gross profit rose 13.7% to $1.1 billion. Adjusted SG&A expenses rose 15.7% to $860.5 million. Levi Strauss ended the quarter with $716.6 million in cash and $1.6 billion in total liquidity, supporting its growth momentum in a challenging retail environment.
