Novo Nordisk Class B shares closed up 5.3% at 295.50 Danish crowns in Copenhagen after Hims & Hers said it would stop offering a compounded pill version of Wegovy following U.S. regulatory warnings. The move came after Novo called the Hims product “illegal mass compounding” and threatened legal action. Shares had fallen nearly 8% Thursday after Hims launched the pill. Trading resumes Monday.

Linde stock price falls as LIN heads into weekend; JPMorgan downgrade and guidance in focus

Linde plc shares fell 2.5% to $448.24 Friday after reporting Q4 sales up 6% to $8.76 billion and adjusted EPS of $4.20. The company guided 2026 adjusted EPS to $17.40–$17.90, below analyst consensus. JPMorgan downgraded the stock, while Morgan Stanley and UBS raised price targets. Linde repurchased $1.4 billion in shares in Q4 and returned $7.4 billion to shareholders in 2025.
