Global Mofy has rapidly changed its capital structure. On May 26, the company completed a registered offering that brought in $8 million. The sale included 8.25 million pre-split shares along with an equal number of Series A and Series B warrants.
The May prospectus estimated there would be 54.09 million Class A shares following the transaction, based on the assumption that no warrants would be exercised. In contrast, the June filing reported around 89.58 million shares before consolidation, an increase of approximately 66%.
The 1-for-50 reverse split lowered the number of shares to approximately 1.79 million. Executives stated the move was intended to meet Nasdaq’s minimum price requirement.
Underlying metrics paint a varied picture. Revenue for fiscal 2025 increased by 35.3% to reach $55.9 million. However, Global Mofy posted a net loss of $19.3 million.
The most recent operating update found was dated June 8. Chief Technology Officer Wenjun Jiang highlighted two AI-generated micro-dramas created within ByteDance’s content ecosystem.
