1. About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of TS2.tech, including its articles, market pages, data displays, search functions and contact facilities. By using TS2.tech, you request the electronic services described here and agree to comply with these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the website.
TS2.tech does not currently provide visitor accounts, paid subscriptions, brokerage, trade execution, custody or portfolio-management services.

In these Terms, the company is referred to as “TS2 Space”, “we”, “us” or “our”.
3. Scope and cost of the service
TS2.tech is a free, advertising-supported financial news and market-information service. It provides public access to articles and market-related pages, navigation and search, links to source material and third-party websites, and contact and correction-request facilities. No registration is currently required. A user may end use at any time by leaving or closing the website.
Editorial content is currently free. Internet access, device, telecommunications and other third-party charges remain the user’s responsibility.
4. Technical requirements and internet risks
Use requires an internet connection and a reasonably current web browser. Some functions may require JavaScript, cookies or local storage. Non-essential technologies are governed by the user’s privacy choices, our Privacy Policy and the consent interface.
Electronic services involve ordinary internet risks, including malicious software, phishing, interception, impersonation, interruption and unauthorised access. Users should maintain current software, security controls and backups. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can be guaranteed entirely uninterrupted or secure.
5. Permitted use
Users may access public TS2.tech pages for lawful personal, educational, journalistic or internal business-information purposes. Unless permitted by law or authorised by us in writing, users may not:
- interfere with the website’s operation or security, gain unauthorised access, introduce malicious code or conduct denial-of-service activity;
- use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or market-manipulative activity;
- falsely imply endorsement, partnership or authorship by TS2.tech or TS2 Space;
- systematically copy, mirror, republish, resell or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website;
- circumvent technical access controls or usage restrictions; or
- submit unlawful, infringing, threatening or malicious material through a contact facility.
Nothing here restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable quotation, reporting, research, text-and-data-mining or other statutory exceptions.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the website’s original selection, arrangement, text, graphics, branding and other original material are owned by or licensed to TS2 Space and protected by applicable law. Third-party names, trademarks, quotations, filings, market data, images and other material remain the property of their respective owners.
A link to TS2.tech or a limited quotation with appropriate attribution is permitted where allowed by law and where it does not create a misleading impression about source, endorsement or context. No other licence is granted merely by access.
7. Financial-information notice
TS2.tech publishes general news, market information, commentary and analysis for a broad audience. Content does not take into account any particular person’s financial position, objectives, knowledge, experience or risk tolerance and is not personalised investment, legal, tax or accounting advice.
TS2.tech is not a broker, investment firm or investment adviser, does not execute transactions and does not hold client assets. Nothing on the website constitutes an offer or solicitation by TS2 Space to buy, sell or subscribe for a financial instrument.
Whether a publication legally constitutes an investment recommendation or another regulated communication depends on its substance and applicable law, not solely on its title or disclaimer. Material classified as an investment recommendation may require additional disclosures.
Market prices, exchange rates, estimates, forecasts and other data may be delayed, incomplete, corrected or supplied by third parties. Users should verify material information against primary sources before acting. Investing involves risk, including loss of some or all invested capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
8. Accuracy, updates and availability
We seek to present useful and appropriately sourced information, but do not guarantee that every item is complete, current or error-free. News develops over time. A publication may be corrected, updated, supplemented, archived or withdrawn.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the website for editorial, technical, security, legal or commercial reasons. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or preservation of any particular URL or feature.
9. Artificial intelligence and automation
TS2.tech may use automated systems and AI tools to monitor sources, classify information, extract data, translate or transcribe material, assist drafting, create summaries or support other newsroom functions. The level of human involvement may differ between publications.
Where AI materially generates or modifies public-interest content, our editorial policy provides for visible disclosure or substantive human editorial control, as applicable. 10. Advertising, sponsorship and affiliate relationships
TS2.tech is financed primarily through advertising. Programmatic advertisements may be selected and delivered by third parties. Their appearance does not mean that TS2.tech or TS2 Space endorses the advertiser, product, security or claim.
Paid editorial-style material, sponsorship and affiliate relationships must be identified, for example as “Advertisement”, “Sponsored Content” or “Affiliate Link”. Independent editorial material must not be presented as paid promotion, and paid promotion must not be presented as independent editorial coverage.
11. Third-party websites and services
TS2.tech may link to issuers, exchanges, regulators, filings, research, data providers, advertisers and other third parties. A link is provided for information or attribution and does not necessarily constitute endorsement. We do not control third-party availability, security, accuracy, privacy practices or terms.
12. Contact messages and complaints
A user may submit a service complaint or enquiry exclusively through the contact form.
A complaint should identify the relevant page or service, describe the issue, state the requested resolution and include contact details sufficient for a response. We will respond without undue delay and ordinarily within 14 calendar days. Formal legal notices and statutory correction requests may follow separate procedures and deadlines imposed by law.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TS2 Space is not liable for a decision made solely in reliance on general website content, losses resulting from ordinary market movements, or the operation of a third-party website, advertisement or service.
Nothing here excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law or limits mandatory consumer rights. Users remain responsible for independently assessing information and decisions appropriate to their circumstances.
14. Restriction of access
We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, users, third-party rights or legal compliance, including in response to security attacks, unlawful automated activity or material breach of these Terms.
15. Privacy
Personal data and cookies are governed by the TS2.tech Privacy Policy and choices made through the website’s consent interface. Privacy consent is not granted merely by accepting these Terms.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may amend these Terms to reflect changes to the service, technology, business model or applicable law. The current version and effective date will be published here. Material changes will be communicated on the website where reasonably appropriate, without limiting rights that cannot lawfully be altered this way.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice does not deprive a consumer of mandatory protection available under the law that would apply without this clause. Disputes will be heard by a court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
18. Severability
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
