Foresight Group Holdings Limited announced a purchase of 39,726 ordinary shares on January 28, 2026, as part of its ongoing share buyback programme initiated in April 2025. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 427 to 433 GBp, with a volume-weighted average price of 431.6 GBp. Post-transaction, the Group holds a total of 1,508,272 shares in treasury, which carry no voting rights. Overall, 3,159,956 ordinary shares have been repurchased under the programme.
