July 1, 2026, 7:29 AM EDT. Softcat plc put 19,432 new ordinary shares on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange. These shares, issued through the Long Term Incentive Plan for the period from June 1 to June 30, 2026, each have a nominal value of 0.0005 pence. The company said these had already been covered by a block admission since November 2025. Total shares after this admission come to 196,887,209. Softcat said the new shares are fungible with the others in issue. The company adds these to support its ongoing equity incentive offers, as required by PRM 1.6.4R.
