Under Armour stock steadies near $5 as Fairfax boosts stake to 16.1%
Under Armour shares hovered near $5 premarket Wednesday after Fairfax Financial disclosed it bought about 15.7 million shares across two classes in late December. Fairfax and affiliates now own over 30 million Class A shares, or 16.1% of that class. The purchases totaled roughly $71 million at prices between $4.36 and $4.73. Investors await Under Armour’s next quarterly update in early 2026.
