Venus Concept shares closed at $8.00 Friday, up 459% after heavy trading. Madryn Asset Management disclosed a 91% stake and told the board it may pursue delisting and deregistration. The stock traded between $5.68 and $12.93 on volume of 307.6 million shares. U.S. markets will be closed Monday for Martin Luther King Jr. Day.
