PhysicsWallah shares debuted at ₹145 on NSE, 33% above the ₹109 IPO price, and hit an intraday high of ₹162, valuing the company near $5.2 billion. Closing prices ranged from ₹155.20 to ₹156.49, up 42–44% from the issue price. The IPO raised ₹3,480 crore. Founder Alakh Pandey and co-founder Prateek Boob became billionaires.
