Rama Steel Tubes to Acquire UAE’s Automech Group for ₹728 Crore: Deal Terms, Share Swap, and Stock Price Today (Dec 15, 2025)

Rama Steel Tubes Ltd and its UAE subsidiary will jointly acquire 100% of UAE-based Automech Group Holding Limited for AED 296 million (about ₹728 crore), split between cash and a share swap. RST International Trading FZE will take 78.38%, while Rama Steel Tubes will hold 21.62%. The deal is expected to close in five to six months, pending approvals.
