S Chand share price set for Monday spotlight after S$1.5 million Singapore curriculum deal
S Chand and Company shares will draw attention Monday after the Indian publisher announced its wholly owned subsidiary, New Saraswati House, is set to acquire 100% of CPD Singapore Education Services for S$1.5 million in cash. The payment will be made in two tranches. The company noted the deal brings international school curricula titles into its portfolio and expects completion by Feb. 28, with no regulatory approvals needed.
