Centrus Energy (LEU) launches $1B at-the-market equity program after Q3 results; stock slides on Nov. 6, 2025
Before the U.S. market open on Thursday, Centrus launched a $1 billion ATM equity program, enabling it to sell shares “from time to time” at prevailing market prices. According to the SEC‑filed prospectus supplement, the agent group includes Barclays, Citi, UBS, Evercore ISI, B. Riley, Guggenheim, MUFG, William Blair, Lake Street Capital Markets, and Northland; agent compensation is 1.5% of gross sales.
