Capital One Savers Cheated Out of Billions – $425M Settlement Payout Deadline Fast Approaching

Capital One agreed to a $425 million class-action settlement over its 360 Savings accounts, with about $300 million in cash payments and $125 million in boosted interest for eligible account holders. New York and 17 other states oppose the deal, arguing most savers will get only about $54 each, far less than their estimated losses. A federal judge will consider final approval on Nov. 6, 2025.
