Jack’s Donuts of Indiana Commissary, LLC filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Oct. 29, 2025, listing $14.2 million in liabilities and $1.4 million in assets. Franchise locations remain open and are not affected by the filing. The bankruptcy follows a failed expansion into centralized production and legal action against CEO Lee Marcum for alleged securities violations. Marcum’s other companies also filed for bankruptcy the same day.
