Venture Global Stock Price Today: Shares Flat After Settlement Talks, New Vitol LNG Deal

Venture Global shares closed at $15.80, down less than 0.1%, after CEO Mike Sabel said the company is in talks to settle arbitration cases with customers including BP and Shell. The company announced a new five-year LNG supply deal with Vitol as Gulf war damage disrupted global LNG flows and BP seeks at least $3.7 billion in damages. Cheniere shares rose 2.3%, while Venture Global lagged the market rebound.

Parkit (TSXV: PKT) has received conditional approval from the TSX Venture Exchange to renew its Normal Course Issuer Bid (NCIB), allowing it to repurchase up to 11.5 million common shares, about 10% of its public float, from March 30, 2026, to March 29, 2027. The company plans to fund the buyback with available cash. This move suggests management confidence in the company's share value. Parkit has 212.2 million shares issued and previously repurchased 8.5 million shares under the prior NCIB ending March 27, 2026. However, deploying cash for the buyback may limit funds for other investments, and insider sales could partially counterbalance repurchases.
