Envirotech Vehicles shares jumped 442% to $2.51 on Monday and rose another 21% after hours, following news that merger partner AZIO AI secured a $107 million Nvidia chip order tied to a Southeast Asian government project. Trading volume hit 756 million shares. Envirotech’s merger remains at the letter-of-intent stage, with a shareholder meeting scheduled for Jan. 20.
