Singapore Stock Market’s Biggest Losers Today (9 Dec 2025): Hoe Leong, Quantum Healthcare and Eneco Energy Slide
Hoe Leong Corporation and Quantum Healthcare each fell 50% on the Singapore Exchange by 10:28 a.m. Tuesday, leading percentage declines among thinly traded penny stocks. The Straits Times Index slipped about 0.5% Monday, with blue-chip financials posting smaller losses. Regional markets weakened ahead of a US Federal Reserve decision expected later this week. MSCI’s Asia-Pacific index ex-Japan was down 0.3%.
