Sanan Optoelectronics shares fell 0.8% to 16.03 yuan in Shanghai after the company narrowed its 2025 net loss forecast to 200–300 million yuan. A Jan. 31 filing showed the controlling shareholder pledged 40.7 million more shares, bringing total pledged shares to 46.56% of holdings. Investors await the audited annual report, due April 25.
