Global Unichip shares held at NT$2,620 in Taipei after swinging between NT$2,570 and NT$2,745 early Monday. The company reported record Q4 net sales of NT$12.4 billion, but gross margin fell to 19% as turnkey revenue made up 83% of sales. Inventories rose to NT$10.15 billion, up from NT$2.79 billion a year earlier. An investor briefing is set for Feb. 3.
