Tinka Resources (TSXV: TK) hit a 52-week high of C$0.44 in October 2025 after a 5-for-1 share consolidation and closing a C$14.28 million oversubscribed private placement. The company appointed Brandon Macdonald as Executive Chairman and Michael Horner as Director. Tinka will begin drilling at its Silvia gold-copper project in Peru in Q4. Its Ayawilca zinc project shows a 21-year mine life and US$434 million after-tax NPV.
