  • ICG Enterprise Trust Plc Buys Back 240,000 Shares at 1492 Pence Each
    February 5, 2026, 3:21 AM EST. ICG Enterprise Trust Plc repurchased 240,000 of its own shares on 4 February 2026, paying an average price of 1492 pence per share. These shares will be held as treasury shares, increasing the total held to 1,593,722. The buyback follows shareholder approval from June 2025, permitting repurchases of up to 14.99% of ordinary shares. Total shares outstanding excluding treasury shares now stand at 61,960,470. The company has engaged Numis Securities Limited as its broker to execute the transactions in line with UK Listing Authority rules.
