SEATTLE, September 3, 2026, 14:35 PDT — Starbucks launched its Snoopy Collection, priced up to $293.50, as the company measures its progress after a 4.5% rebound in customer traffic.

  • The 10-piece collection will be available worldwide starting September 15, while stocks last.
  • U.S. list prices start at $14.95 and go up to $39.95, with a combined total of $293.50.
  • Starbucks ended the session at $105.82, slipping 0.84%, ahead of an aftermarket indication at $105.94.

Starbucks Corporation (NASDAQ:SBUX) plans to release 10 Peanuts-themed items on September 15. The launch coincides with a rebound in U.S. customer foot traffic.

The test for investors extends beyond collectible sales. Starbucks relies on limited-time offerings to increase foot traffic, aiming to do so without disrupting service speed or impacting profit margins.

The price of a single U.S. basket is $293.50. With ten baskets per each U.S. outlet, checkout sales would reach $49.7 million.

The collection includes drinkware, a plush toy, a tote bag, charms, and pins. The Snoopy glass cup, priced at $39.95, is limited to two per customer.

Shops in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia Pacific are taking part. Offerings differ by location, with sales concluding once stock is depleted.

“This collaboration brings those traditions together in a collection designed to celebrate the joy of the season,” said Dana Pellicano, Starbucks’ global product experience chief, in a company statement.

Shares ended Thursday at $105.82, falling 0.84%. The most recent indication was $105.94 at 17:20 EDT, according to Yahoo Finance.

The subdued movement keeps the campaign’s financial weight reliant on sell-through and supplementary orders. Starbucks does not separately report merchandise sales or revenues from collaborations.

Conditions for operations have strengthened. Starbucks reported an 8.1% increase in North America comparable sales for the fiscal third quarter, according to the company’s results.

Transactions rose by 4.5%, with the average ticket up 3.5%. Revenue in North America totaled $7.40 billion, and operating margin stood at 13.6%.

The scenario is intentionally mechanical in nature. It assesses potential register values rather than reported revenue, profit, or inventory.

Licensed outlets account for revenue differently compared to company-operated stores. Terms for peanuts royalties and product costs have not been made public.

Canada offers the Snoopy cup at a greater local price. The item will be sold for C$57.95 in the country, Narcity reported.

The rollout takes place near the end of Starbucks’ fiscal fourth quarter. Executives project U.S. comparable sales will climb by at least 6.5% during that timeframe.

Risks: Limited inventory may restrict sales growth. Sluggish demand could lead to price reductions, and intricate products might increase handling durations in busy seasons.

The collection by itself is not expected to change earnings. Its main indicator is if nostalgia leads to more visits while preserving improvements in service.
