Titan Mining Corporation shares looked set for a sharp gain Friday as the U.S. Army said its Empire State Mines division will enter conditional lease talks tied to graphite processing on military sites. TII changed hands at $3.16 in premarket trading at 7:03 a.m. EDT, up 41.71% on Thursday’s $2.23 close, Wall Street Journal data showed.
