Ondas Holdings (NASDAQ:ONDS) bumped up its 2026 revenue outlook to $525 million, up from $390 million, after closing its $200 million cash and 85 million-share purchase of DZYNE. The deal is set to add $191 million to ONDS in 2026 and over $300 million the next year. Shares sank 6% on heavy volume and slipped another 1.5% pre-market as short interest stayed high at 32.7% of float and deal-related share supply weighed. Defense drone stocks sold off too, hitting AeroVironment and Kratos. ONDS is trading below its key moving averages, and technicals lean bearish even as the company folds in DZYNE's ISR and counter-drone tech.
