India’s ₹3.25 lakh crore Rafale mega-buy heads to talks — Dassault, Thales and Safran shares in focus

India’s defence ministry will discuss a proposed ₹3.25 trillion deal to buy 114 Rafale jets from France this week, according to ANI. Most jets would be assembled in India, with 12–18 delivered ready-to-fly. Dassault Aviation shares closed down 0.9% in Paris after the reports. The deal could be signed by late 2026, with deliveries starting in 2030.
